Trying to eat healthy, I opted for the chili at Saucy Dog’s Barbeque in Jonesville. It is reasonably spicy, with meat and beans, topped with cheese and green onions, and served with a cornbread muffin. Accompanied by a bottomless glass of freshly made sweet tea, it was another great meal in the better-for-you category at my favorite restaurant, just 2 blocks from my house.Mike Venturini
